1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Archway Wellness Centre website (www.archwaywellnesscentre.com) and the services we provide at 539 Holloway Road, Archway, London N19 4BT. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Archway Wellness Centre provides reformer pilates classes, physiotherapy, massage therapy, personal training, barre, yoga, and zumba classes. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings for individual appointments (physiotherapy, massage therapy, personal training) are managed through Acuity Scheduling. Class bookings (reformer pilates, barre, yoga, zumba) are managed through TeamUp.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment or class
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice, though any price changes will not affect existing bookings
• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed
• Membership and package terms are governed by the specific terms of each offer

5. Health & Safety

• You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your appointment or class
• Physiotherapy treatments are provided by qualified, HCPC-registered physiotherapists
• Massage therapy is provided by qualified, insured therapists
• You participate in classes and training sessions at your own risk and should work within your own physical limits
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not in your best interest

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Archway Wellness Centre or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
