Meet Your Pilates Instructors
Certified instructors passionate about helping you move better and feel stronger

Jana Jenezi
Pilates Instructor
Jana has been practising Pilates since the age of 11 and throughout her professional dance career. For her, the Pilates method is an invaluable tool for achieving a healthy, functional and connected body. She works with a wide range of clients — from elite Olympic athletes and professional dancers to the general public. Jana also specialises in post-rehabilitation clinical Pilates for injuries and special populations, as well as performance enhancement for elite athletes. Her group reformer classes focus on the safe, precise and effective execution of functional movement and form, maximising the benefits of the pure and original Pilates Method.

Georgia Stroller
Pilates Instructor
Georgia is a BASI Pilates trained instructor specialising in both Mat and Reformer, delivering purposeful classes that emphasise core strength, enhanced flexibility and full-body awareness. Her teaching is rooted in precise, controlled movement, with a strong focus on spinal articulation, alignment and fluidity to create an efficient, well-balanced body. Originally from South Africa, Georgia is also a professional actor based in London, with extensive experience in dance and musical theatre. Drawing on her performance background, she brings energy, precision and artistry to every session. Expect a dynamic, full-body workout delivered in a fun, engaging and rewarding environment.

Amelia Lai
Pilates Instructor
Amelia discovered Pilates in 2020 and quickly developed a passion for its accessibility and benefits. She emphasises flow, form, and full-body movement in her dynamic classes, making Pilates accessible for all fitness levels.

Giulia Di Patrizi
Pilates Instructor
With a lifelong passion for movement that began with contemporary dance in Rome, I bring a deep understanding of physical expression to every session. My extensive training in Pilates allows me to help clients navigate their unique challenges, from managing pain to regaining strength postpartum. In my classes, I emphasise slow, controlled, and precise movement to fully engage the mind and body. Having personally managed scoliosis and hypermobility, I'm especially passionate about helping others discover the transformative benefits of Pilates for building strength, resilience, and harmony. My philosophy is simple: 'Take care of your body, it is the only house you have to live in for the rest of your life.'

Filiz Dalgic
Pilates Instructor & Personal Trainer
With over 18 years in the fitness industry, I've helped hundreds of clients build strength, improve mobility, and create lasting healthy habits. My background spans Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and functional training — so whether you prefer flowing movement or pushing weights, I'll design a programme that fits your body and your goals. I specialise in helping people who want real, sustainable results — not quick fixes. I'm also Exercise Referral qualified, which means I can work alongside your GP to create safe, effective programmes for injury management and prevention. Whatever your starting point, I'll meet you there and help you move forward.
Why Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with adjustable springs to provide both resistance and support as you move. Unlike mat-based pilates, the reformer lets you work against variable tension — building strength, improving flexibility, and correcting posture in ways that bodyweight exercises alone can't achieve. It's one of the most effective low-impact workouts available, suitable for complete beginners through to advanced athletes.
Who Is Reformer Pilates For?
Our classes welcome everyone — from clients in their twenties looking to build core strength, to those in their sixties and seventies working on balance and mobility. Many of our members in Archway and Islington started with no pilates experience at all. The reformer's adjustable springs mean your instructor can tailor the intensity to your level, making every class challenging but accessible.
What Results Can You Expect?
Most clients notice improved posture and reduced back pain within the first few weeks. With regular attendance — we recommend three classes per week for best results — you'll see meaningful gains in core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Many of our Highgate and Holloway members tell us reformer pilates has been more effective than years of gym workouts.
Our Studio
Our purpose-built reformer studio at 539 Holloway Road features premium equipment in a calm, well-lit space. Classes are kept small so every member gets hands-on corrections and personalised attention. We run classes seven days a week from early morning to evening, making it easy to fit pilates into your schedule whether you're coming from Tufnell Park, Highgate, or anywhere in North London.
More Than Just Pilates
As a full wellness centre, we can support your fitness journey beyond the reformer. Our physiotherapists work with clients recovering from injury who use pilates as part of their rehabilitation. Our massage therapists help with post-workout recovery, and our personal trainers can complement your pilates with targeted strength work.
