Why Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine with adjustable springs to provide both resistance and support as you move. Unlike mat-based pilates, the reformer lets you work against variable tension — building strength, improving flexibility, and correcting posture in ways that bodyweight exercises alone can't achieve. Our Studio

Our purpose-built reformer studio at 539 Holloway Road features premium equipment in a calm, well-lit space. Classes are kept small so every member gets hands-on corrections and personalised attention. We run classes seven days a week from early morning to evening, making it easy to fit pilates into your schedule whether you're coming from Tufnell Park, Highgate, or anywhere in North London.

More Than Just Pilates

As a full wellness centre, we can support your fitness journey beyond the reformer. Our physiotherapists work with clients recovering from injury who use pilates as part of their rehabilitation. Our massage therapists help with post-workout recovery, and our personal trainers can complement your pilates with targeted strength work.
